“Once I decided to enter a figure/bodybuilding competition, I consulted Myriam for her expertise for both a dietary and working out regiment. Within one month of her program, we noticed a drastic difference with my body, as it relates to body fat, body mass, toneness, and muscle definition and symmetry. When I met Myriam, I have to say, I didn’t know a thing about fitness. I was twenty-six years old, I had never had a weight problem but, I could not figure out how to lose the weight I gained from my first pregnancy…and believe me, I had tried everything! Six months after having her second child
Nelsy decided to enter a doctoral program in
psychology. Regrettably, taking evening classes,
and relying on fast food and vending machines for
dinner resulted in an additional 10lbs. “I realized that I didn’t feel like myself anymore.”
“I was uncomfortable with the way I looked.” She started
to make small changes. She joined a gym, and altered
her diet and lost about 18lbs on her own.
To her disappointment however, the weight
lost resulted in skin that sagged. “I looked great with

Before I started using Myriam diet and exercise plan I was 138lbs, but wasn’t as toned as I wanted to be. After starting the diet and exercise program with her I began to see a difference in my body within 2 weeks and by a month’s time I had already lost 5lbs and that 6-pack I had been trying to get since high school was finally starting to form. Unfortunately I was only able to complete 1 month and a half of the program plan, due personal issues but within that time I lost 7lbs was toned and had a 4- pack.
