FIT 101: WORKOUT SEQUENCE (stretching, warmups, resistance, cardio)

Research has demonstrated that soft tissue injuries are significantly reduced if a person warms-up for a period of 5 to 10 prior to beginning a resistance training program

It is well know that warm muscles can perform better, and neural tissue can react faster at the higher temperatures that are a result of warming-up. Make sure to warm up before working out.  5 to 10 min, strength training and then your cardio. Have fun!
